everyone is looking for that one big act of service to help someone and be recognized for it, but when we focus so much on trying to find the big "great" opportunities we miss the small chances around us, giving a dollar to a homeless person, helping an old lady carry her groceries  to  the car, volunteering anywhere. if we would just focus on helping  with those small things that suround us everyday eventually you will find your "great" opportunities, but above all by doing those small ones you will make your day better!

Joy is something that is a contagious thing, once you experience joy and feel it you want to always have joy in you life, to some they may say its impossible to always have joy, I believe this statement to be false however. its up to us to see the joy in our lifes, and only us... sometimes the joy may be small... to some joy may be seeing a baby smile, to others it could be a warm bed, what ever it is its our job to find that joy, for me the joy in my life lately is as the quote says is the presence of god, the presents of him in my life the last week is amazing, he has opened up my mind and heart to so many things and feelings. I have been overwhelmed with joy, things seem to be clicking and falling in to place and that joy is the best joy of all.

to have joy is to enjoy the small things in life...
